2. Developer, author of DR player pro is not responsible for the changes in DR player pro app which is done by operiting system or user directly or indirectly (such as when user uninstall tthis app, clear data, clear cache,clear or modify package data directory- it's subdirectories-files System may erase favourite list and deleted files in Safe / Safe Folder).
3. Files or folders are not recoverable which are deleted by DR player pro user or system .* (Delete files or folders carefully, as recovery is not possible once deleted).
4.Files added to Favourite List will not be deleted from storage, but the *favourite list* may be cleared if the app is uninstalled, data/cache is cleared, or the app’s package data direcory-subdirectory-files is modified or deleted
5. Before uninstalling the app, clearing data/cache, or modifying/deleting the app's package data directory,file, move your files out of the Safe / Safe Folder to ensure their safety.Unless files moved in Safe Folder may be deleted from storage by system for security purpose.
6. Text Notes may be automatically deleted if the app is uninstalled, data is cleared, or the package data directory/ it's sub directory / it's file is modified or deleted. Users are advised to back up important notes in advance.
7.Refunds are subject to Play Store policies. The fee charged is little considering developer and it's user. It's a premium app. It claims little fee for per install.
8. Privacy Policy may be updated at any time. Any changes will be posted in this section. Continued use of the app implies acceptance of updates.
9. Grammatical or typographical errors in this post and DR player pro are unintentional. We appreciate this app user's understanding and focus on functionality over perfection in language.
10.Transparency: We didn’t write any code in this app to collect your phone or personal details such as email,age, name, location, favourite things,file or file 's information in this app . Permissions are necessary showing file, folder list to you , perform deleting, renaming, playing, playback play-pause control actions , detecting update info, changing call ringtone, notification ringtone , alarm ringtone etc.You should use this app only if you truly like and trust it. We never misuse any permission.
11) We may release updated version of DR player pro. Update notification may reach to you. Updating is not mandatory.
